- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Included in your session: - Private online gallery to share - High Resolution Downloads - One 11”x14” print from the session. - 1 Photographer + 1 Photographic Assistant Sessions are held in the San Francisco Bay Area at a location of your choosing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make this part is as easy as possible. First, you and I will have a conversation via phone call or email. After I have an idea on what you are interested in, my wife, Deanna, and I will send over an email with all the information and any follow up questions. After a bit mor coordinating, and after you are happy with the plan, an invoice will be sent to lock in the date and time for the shoot. Then we play the waiting game. The worst game ever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught photographer with a passion for canines. I learned everything I know from years of photographing family, travels and chasing dogs. I became more serious about my hobby after having my daughter in 2016. I am a Project Manager at a mobile game company so the organization and planning skills I use at work I also attach to my photography business.
