We provide traditional Shotokan Karate instruction. We are a member of ITKF, AAKF and ISKA. Minimum age required is 9 years old.
You will improve your balance, strength, flexibility, awareness, timing and skill. Sensei Leggett is one of the top instructors in the country.
Beginners and practitioners from other styles are welcome.
