What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing for weekly pool maintenance starts at $125 per month and tops out at about $190. The price varies upon the level of service. The specific details are on my website
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet the client and see the pool and equipment to give a more accurate quote. This is especially important when the pool is green or needs some other repair or special attention.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a contractor's license (C61/D35) #1012935. I'm a member of the local chapter of IPSSA (Independent Pool and Spa Service Association). I'm a California Aquatic Equipment Installer.
