Very professional. They showed up and did the job and left after properly cleaning up. They came within the week of our estimate and were very reasonably priced to remove 4 trees and 3 bushes.

Fabian did a very good job in trimming various trees that we had in our front and backyard. He is friendly, fast and very efficient. Though I had another service quote me a lower price, I went with him and I am glad that I did. Only reason for withholding one star in the rating is that we noticed a small branch still touching the power line that was missed- my wife asked him to take care of that but he pushed back and did not cut it. Now I will have to take care of it. In any case, I will most likely hire Fabian again for our tree services.
This is an update to my comments posted before. Fabian immediately contacted me on reading my review and quickly took care of the issue I had mentioned before. I am very impressed by the superior level of customer service that he provided. This shows that he is not only efficient, knowledgeable, and fast but also puts a lot of value in addressing any customer issues. I will definitely hire him again and highly recommend Friendly Tree Care. Outstanding service!!

I want to apologize for this misunderstanding. When your wife pointed to the roof, I proceeded to lift the canopy higher. I do not recall her mentioning the power line, but I am always willing to come back and take care of the branch, free of charge.

The services provided by Fabian Mardones and his team was performed superbly! His expertisee in trimming, pruning and thinning of a large River Birch tree in my front yard was performed to my specifications and beyond. They worked as a team and left my front yard clean. Because of Fabian's proven knowledge and expertise, I hired him and his team to return to trim more trees in my backyard, to remove a couple of trees and to stump grind the roots; that's how impressed I was. Fabian was very responsive both by email and phone communication and was on time for our scheduled appointment. Pricing was very competitive.
