Jeff is professional. Even the task was not within the work scope, he took time to explain and suggest what I should do. I will definitely hire them in the future . We had a great experience with Bay Area Underpinning. From start to finish, they were awesome. The crew that did our job (Kyle, Raul, and Hugo) were punctual, informative, and professional. They were considerate and helpful and even offered to help bring in groceries. They kept the site clean and got the job done on schedule and communicated through the whole process. Carlos did the concrete and was also great. Weve done a lot of work through the years with various tradesmen and their crews, and this crew was the best by far.

We requested an onsite visit with Bay Area Underpinning for a consultation on some cracks in our foundation. They were very responsive and quickly scheduled us with one of their technicians. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience.
