- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the vehicle, level of condition, and scope of work required. Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, odor removal, or restoration-level services may require additional time and materials and are priced accordingly. I provide upfront pricing after reviewing the details so there are no surprises. Discounts may be available for multiple vehicles or repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering details about the vehicle and the services needed to provide an accurate quote. Once pricing and availability are confirmed, we schedule a convenient time for mobile service. I arrive fully equipped, complete the service on-site, and review the results with the customer to ensure satisfaction before completion.

I have hands-on experience in professional automotive detailing with a strong focus on interior deep cleaning, odor removal, and restoration work.
