Marcos was very responsive and professional. He came to my house even a few minutes earlier than he said he would. He was very punctual and got right to work. He did an excellent job on my stairs and my son’s room removing pet urine. The smell is gone and makes me so happy. Hopefully it stays that way. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a reasonably priced carpet cleaner! You can see in the photos the stairs before and after.
