Mr. Fresh and his team were awesome when I needed a few emergency flooding circumstances in my home, where I was worried that the water would seep into the drywall and baseboards and cause mold or worse. The toilet overflowed and the septic water traveled into my bedroom into the carpet and touched the baseboards. He responded quickly and treated the septic water appropriately and there were no issues after. On another occasion, I accidentally flooded my closet and garage because of the washing machine, and I panicked because it was Easter Sunday morning and I was supposed to have many guests. Mr. Fresh still responded promptly and he responded to my home on Easter Sunday to save our family gathering! And if he specifically isn’t available, he sends members of his team to get the job done. He also shampoos carpet to perfection. Highly recommend!!!

David showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He explained the cleaning process for both my carpets and tile and answered my concerns. I liked that he provided realistic expectations but ended up delivering beyond what I thought was possible—especially with stains in high traffic areas. I will try to follow the suggested maintenance routine and will definitely use Mr. Fresh Carpet Care again for these services. Highly recommend!
