FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m very fair with the pricing I will actually let you know what the parts cost so that that way you know exactly what I’m charging for my skill and labor to get the job done. I want to be very clear that we are both winning in this situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and getting to know each other explaining what the overall goal of the visit is and along the process, supplying them with all the information I gather along the visit. If I’m not able to help the client understand why the issue has happened or get a basic understanding I will do my best to put it in other words so that before any work is done, we are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to UEI college in Oceanside, California after I graduated from there, I started as an apprentice, move my way to a lead installer from there to a service technician and all the way up to a comfort advisor after being in one of these big million dollar companies I’ve realized that this is a complete scam for the people in need and I know I was one of them while growing up so it’s only right. I do my best to give back at the same time making sure I take care of myself and the person I am working for.
