FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We begin with a FREE dog training consultation. We will consult with you in-person, via telephone or Zoom, to understand your dog’s individual needs and to establish adequate goals and expectations. Once we evaluate your dog, we would be able to give you a much better idea as to what would help you reach your goals most effectively and quickly. Our free consultation is with a Professional Dog Trainer. You will be asked for a credit card to hold your appointment. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or reschedule your consultation. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.00. I also wanted to give you some information on our training programs. Our Board and Train programs are by far our most popular and successful programs. We offer Board and Train programs to fit nearly every dog’s needs and we back up our “21-day Board and Train Program” with our IQ K9 Training Lifetime Guarantee, where we offer the privilege of scheduling future private lessons for you and your dog, with an IQ K9 Trainer, at no further cost to you. There is no limit to how many lessons you can schedule and your training guarantee lasts for the lifetime of your dog! There are two phases to a Board and Train program. Phase One, we do all of your dogs training (let us do the hard work for you). Once your dog has completed Phase One, we begin Phase Two when we transfer the leadership role to you and your family through a series of follow-up reinforcement lessons. Board and Train along with all of your follow-up and equipment usually starts at $1500. Save On Training When You Train Multiple Dogs! If you have a multi-dog household, the first dog pays regular price and any additional dogs receive 20% off! Even if you get a new dog or puppy years from now, you will receive 20% off for any new, additional dogs!
