What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour, however, there are other services and packages as a set price. Packages are already discounted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firsthand a complimentary style consult, either in person, or via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime. Then I ask my clients to fill out a short questionnaire and create Style Pinterest Board to help me understand how I can best serve them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Fashion Courses done at a Community College. -My own personal research for the last 10+ years. -Took an online course to be a certified styled at Heart Centered Stylists that was completed in 2020. I am still educating myself on the daily to keep up with trends, styles, and everything else and I have ongoing support from my coach/teacher.
