Unfortunately, Oscar was a bad choice. We liked him at first, friendly guy, but quickly became unreliable. showing up late, leaving early, leaving for lunch and not coming back. We new he wouldnt finish in the agreed upon timeframe so we gave him 4 extra days. He didnt start working full days until 48hours before the end. He started visibly rushing the job. He couldnt finish on time and asked to work through the night on final day but we refused. Because of his rushing, half the floor tile looks good and second half is fudged. crooked tile, pinched spacing, doulbe and tiple the right space of 1/8th. When we pointed this out, he refused to take responsibility and blamed the tile claiming inconsistency. So the first half of the floor is perfect and the part he rushed just happened to be bad tile? Instead of just admitting the truth and discussing solutions, he lied and gaslit us. Hire at your own risk
