At Salty Horse Stables, we believe great horsemanship starts with trust, confidence, and clear communication between horse and rider. We offer English and western riding lessons for all ages and skill levels, from first-time riders to advanced riders looking to grow in jumping, trail riding, or overall horsemanship.
We also specialize in natural horsemanship-based training, working with everything from young colts and OTTBs to horses simply needing a tune-up or restart. Our goal is to create safe, confident riders and willing, happy horses in a positive and supportive environment.

I’ve had such a great experience riding with Charlotte. She is kind, supportive, and gives honest critiques that genuinely help you improve without feeling discouraged. I really appreciate that you’re involved in every part of the process — retrieving your own horse, tacking up yourself, and learning proper horsemanship alongside riding skills.
The lessons help strengthen techniques across different disciplines which helps build confidence both in and out of the saddle. It’s a very hands-on, encouraging environment. She truly cares about helping her riders grow. Her property is beautiful and full of fun animals and critters that make the atmosphere even more special. 🩵🐴
