Very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to get the job done. Quality was great. Only negative is that he has been difficult to track down for a copy of the invoice and receipt for a new toilet he installed.

I was able to send Tim a digital picture of my problem (leak from the shutoff valve in the pipe that delivers water to the house). He was able to give me a very fair quote on the phone. Was prompt and friendly. Checked water pressure, recommended and installed a regulator in addition to replacing the valve. Unfortunately, some hours after he left, I detected water was still leaking from further underground. Had to dig some more, send another picture. Tim was able to come back the next day and replace source of the leak (bad soldering, not by him), again for a very reasonable price. He listens to his customers and comes up with reasonable solutions. Overall, from the perspective of a few days, we were very satisfied with his service.

After joining the Plumbers Union when I graduated from high school in 1977, I was enrolled in the California state CalApprenticeship program. I became a U.A. Plumbers and Steamfitters and Contractor’s Association and California state certified Journeyman in1982. During the term of my five (5) year apprenticeship I worked 9000 hours of on-the-job training and attended 1080 hours of related training classes. In my more than 40 years in the trade I have taken innumerable courses related to my trade.
