Great communication, finished job promptly, and super friendly. My leach lines and septic was a nightmare, Chad came in and did an amazing job. Overall price was better than expected, I’m happy with the service.

I wasn’t sure who to call.. or really what to do. I called several companies and some flaked. Chad Leonard with CA plumbing & Excavation came out quickly and looked at the job. He was knowledgeable, and most of all honest. Another company told me I needed a bunch of work that wasn’t needed. Chad could have said that to make more money but he didn’t. He told me exactly how the job should be done and said he would do the same as if I was his family. Anyways he wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive. He gave me a quote, and timeline he also set proper expectations. He came out with all the Materials and completed my job. He also was clean with his work. Even though I had a crew here I didn’t find trash all over which I appreciated. The job actually took less time and he was willing to take his time to explain to me what was happening the entire time. I felt bad but since I never experienced anything like this before it was nice to just ask him and not have to google it.
I would recommend Chad a thousand times over! He took all the stress off of me during the process and never try to up-sell me or BS me to make more money. Simple, honest and ethical work! Thanks Chad
