Jeff did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel. He did everything we asked for and the results turned out beautifully. Couldn't be more satisfied! If you are having any tile work done or more, this is the guy to go to.

Jeff Botts did an AMAZING job remodeling my bathroom! Jeff was the only contractor that told me he would personally be working the job. All of the other contractors gave me the impression that they would not be on site. His quote was very fair, and he gave me a clear explanation of what he would be doing. He was extremely helpful when it came to picking tiles, and he even picked up the quarter rounds I needed for me. The years of experience Jeff has in tiling and shower renovations truly shows through in his work. He made the whole process so easy! Always, showing up on time and working long hours. I wont consider anyone but Jeff for any future renovations!

Jeff was truly amazing! He remodeled both my masters and guest bathroom and it's a work of art! He was reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable and most of all, he was honest!

Ours was a huge job that was a complete master bath remodel.
Jeff moved plumbing and built a new, much larger shower with all of the bells and whistles - 3 soap boxes, a hardwired heated shower mirror, rain head, body sprayers, hand-held sprayer, linear channel drain, and shower seat. He also repositioned the plumbing and installed a deep soaking tub and a new Toto G500 integrated washlet toilet. All of the wet area walls were tiled in travertine with red onyx accent. He did all of the work himself, and the tile work is the best I have ever seen.
Additionally, Jeff built a custom linen tower, medicine cabinet, vanity tower and lighted soffit. Everything turned out beautiful!
The only thing that I could say could have gone better was the length of the job. It took nine weeks to complete, which was much longer than the original estimate. However, given the size of our job and the fact that Jeff, himself, did all of the tile work, plumbing, carpentry and electrical, I really have no right to complain. We also added a new wood-look tile and new lighting fixtures in a guest bathroom to the scope of work, which added to the completion time.
Although he was not the lowest bid we received, his pricing was fair. The reason I chose Jeff was his obvious skill with tile, and I was certainly right about that decision.
As a final note, I was impressed that Jeff and his assistant made sure to clean up at the end of every day, so there was minimal "mess distress" during construction.
