What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless I'm able to give a fixed price, most projects will run on hourly base plus materials. There is a USD 70 fee for the trip and the hourly will vary from USD 80 to USD 120 depending on the skillset for the project. For shopping there is a USD 50 fixed fee.

Assessing the needs for the project and explaining the future steps to be taken.
