Fernando did a phenomenal job setting up my projector and screen. He is a true professional who is incredibly skilled at his craft. The installation required some highly complex drywall cutting and electrical work, all of which he measured accurately and executed flawlessly. Beyond his workmanship, his pricing was very reasonable; he even capped his total billable hours so that any additional fine-tuning was free, showing how much he values building long-term trust with his customers. I highly recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless I'm able to give a fixed price, most projects will run on hourly base plus materials. There is a USD 70 fee for the trip and the hourly will vary from USD 80 to USD 120 depending on the skillset for the project. For shopping there is a USD 50 fixed fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessing the needs for the project and explaining the future steps to be taken.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied electronics in trading school, self-taught on CAD design, furniture making and interior design.
