Public Relations Consultant: $2,500 plan and strategies. 4. Emergency/Crisis Communications: $1,000 per day, up to two weeks. 5. Copy editing/Proofreading :$25/page, $200 minimum 1-3: 50% down, 50% on completion 4: First day 100% upfront, remainder on completion 5: Payment with deliverables.
