I asked if Sonya was willing to do a yoga session for me and my bridesmaids before my wedding. It was an early start and bit of a maze to find us, but she was all set up and ready to go for our session before I had arrived. She brought mats and antibacterial wipes which made me feel safe and clean in a Covid-19 world.
The session was just what I needed before my big day. She made the class for all levels and did some great breathing exercises to center us.
She helped us get into poses when we had trouble and helped modify where needed.
She’s incredible!

In my experience, it seems to me that Sonya Padron is a PERFECT yoga instructor. She combines an iron-clad knowledge of yoga with a profound and gentle intuition . My body’s uniquely out of shape, partly because I don’t always care for it as I should. Yet every week, Sonya manages , in her delightfully non-judgemental way, to understand my exact needs in that moment, and respond in a way that’s both healing and joyful. I’ll often take a walk after our morning time together, and I’m always surprised how completely my body has awakened, how open and fluid everything feels, and how deeply ready I ‘ve become for all that the day might hold.

We hired Sonya for a quick 30 min session during our three day conference. She was absolutely amazing. She instructed the team with yoga that all levels from no experience could do. She made everyone feel less stressed and gave great tips to use going forward. She was early which was wonderful and the team was so happy. We would hire her again!!!

Very knowledgable instructor who is patient and helps me participate in yoga. Especially capable working with me, a senior citizen. Appreciated that she brought items needed for class, works from a client's home, has a fair price, and can receive texts.

Taking private yoga classes with Sonya has been a truly wonderful experience. Sonya is an excellent teacher, very intuitive, knowledgeable, caring and even after a only few sessions with her, I already can feel a positive change in my overall well being. She is always on time and brings the equipment I don't have. I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor.
