Mike was amazing, he went above and beyond to repair our garage door that was originally quoted by our home warranty company as irreparable. Mike showed us several bid options, from repair, partial replacement, and full replacement of our garage door. Our garage door runs smoother than the day we moved into this house. I will only recommend Mike and West Coast Overhead Door to anyone that is looking for a garage door repair or replacement.

Mike was great from our first email exchanges to talking to him by phone. He was extremely helpful and patient in addressing my questions and concerns. He showed up on time and worked diligently to get my new opener up and running. Despite having some difficulty programming one of my cars, he kept trying and eventually was successful! Most others would have given up but I think Mike puts forth the extra effort to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Mike for your garage door needs. I also like that he did not try to upsell me on anything.

I was impressed by Mike's professionalism. I was told by other garage door guy that I need a new garage door. After searching different garage door companies, I found Mike on Thumbtack. When he arrived at my house and examined the garage door, he honestly said my garage door is repairable and he fixed my garage door the next day. The repair cost is very reasonable and even his quote of new garage door is way less than other quotes I had received. I gave two thumbs up on Mike's service. I will definitely use him again.

Basic simple maintenance for garage door. Some sensor adjustments too. Company called ahead with status, were on time and very professional . Friendly too ! Dude even helped program my autos door opening capability . Would highly recommend and I now know who to call next time I have an overhead door need !
