Juan was a life saver! I contacted him the night prior (3/14) for a quick framing job I needed done. He took the last minute task and came out the next morning (3/15) to save our project deadline. He did an amazing job and was willing to work alongside the crew remodeling our kitchen. He’s knowledgeable in construction and definitely will reach out to him again for future projects! I would select ALL attributes if I could ! Juan did a tremendous job ! I would be more than happy to be used as a reference for him. I had 2 toilets that would suddenly decide to run at all hours, along with 2 toilet turn off values that needed replacing. Juan came in and in my opinion, went above and beyond in regard to correcting the issues. He totally REPLACED the inner workings of both toilets as well as FIXED my turn off valves issue. He made SURE the job was done RIGHT which is typically not done today….he didn’t try to get in and out…he SPENT the time to complete the job correctly. In addition, he is a man of his word in regard to an estimate…the amount he billed me was what he initially estimated….no matter what was involved or how long it took. Fortunately, Juan is a “jack of all trades”….based upon his focus on detail for my current job, I have requested Juan to take a look at some ‘other items’ at my home. I look forward to his professionalism! Again, if you need a referral….I’m there !
