What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning what you need installed and asking a few quick questions about the equipment, wall type, location, and any cable-management needs. Once the scope is clear, I provide a quote and schedule a convenient appointment. On-site, I confirm placement before drilling, complete the installation, test everything, clean the work area, and make sure you’re happy with the finished setup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has been primarily hands-on. I started doing residential home technology installations at age 15 under an experienced installer in the South Bay and spent years completing projects throughout Los Angeles and the South Bay. My experience includes TV mounting, audio/video equipment, home theater setups, cable management, networking, smart-home technology, troubleshooting, and customer-facing residential installation work.
