- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set hourly rate of $110 for a truck and 1 with a 2 hr minimum for local deliveries and local moves. For moves being transported more then 100 miles the rates are based on weight and distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it as simple as possible. We can be reached by *****, *****, text or through our *******. We try to respond in real time to our customers but occasionally we are out of cell service. If we don't answer immediately then we will call back as soon as we get back in range.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received most of my training at the Delancey Street moving company in 1998. Started as a mover and worked my way up to eventually managing the company. I have been in the moving business for 27 years now.
