- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my prospective client an hour of free consultation. After that based on my clients' financial situation I charge them the fair and average legal rate to accommodate their situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation to know the case of my client by listening to their stories and how they end up in their predicament. I follow this by the intake where I ask my clients series of questions that target the exploration of the best legal scenario that will protect their rights and afford them the right defense.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained my Juris doctorate focusing on criminal law. I am licensed in two countries, California State Bar member in good standing, a lawyer member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, and a member of United States Central District. I had volunteered my time and worked with the Los Angeles District Attorney. I also had worked with County Counsel in the litigation division where I was responsible for the Sheriff Department legal affair.
