As a small home-based business, Firehouse Cookies and Pastries was looking to increase exposure while managing production within the constraints of a home-based business. Sunny Bal provided exactly what we needed. Sunny Bal started by listening to what our goals were and developing a solution that not only improved our brand awareness, but the brand itself. Instead of applying a template onto our business, they captured our ideas for target clients, built on the strengths of our brand and developed and entire web site that feels like an extension of our brand, and not simple store front. As a small business, one of our goals is to retain an identity that represents our current clients, our corporate culture and emphasizes the unique offerings we have in a marketplace crowded with mass production pastries.
