Operating cost are baked in as well, such as insurance, travel, etc.       Planning: Includes a consultation, cocktail menu, plus a detailed purchase list.   Equipment: Includes the Full bar set up, handling & transportation of all necessary bar tools and equipment:      Shakers; Strainers; Mixing Glass; Bar spoons; Knifes; Peelers; Garnish Tray; Bar Mats; Spill Buckets; Fruit Basket; Trash Cans / Recycling Bin, Bar-Back Table etc.       A 30 qt Cooler for Clean Ice; A 65 qt Cooler for Backup Ice; Ice Buckets for Alternative Beverages (e.g. Beer; Wine; Soft Drinks)      *Please note this is the base package and the services listed above cannot be provided independently. ***************************************************** After the agreement is signed and the 50% retainer is placed, let’s come up with a plan for your upcoming event.
