FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by carefully listening to the client’s needs and thoroughly evaluating the scope of the project. We conduct precise on site measurements and, when needed, provide expert guidance in selecting the ideal material ensuring the perfect balance of aesthetics, functionality, and durability. Based on this foundation, we deliver a clear and detailed written proposal with clearly defined timelines, costs, and scope without surprises or hidden fees. Once the client provides the material invoice, we proceed with scheduling and coordination. Upon material pickup, the slabs are fully insured through the entire process, from transportation to fabrication and final installation. Once approved, we manage the complete fabrication process and execute the final installation to the highest quality standards, paying close attention to every detail and maintaining constant communication to ensure a seamless experience and a result that exceeds the client’s expectations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working several years ago as an assistant in natural stone installations, where I learned each stage of the process firsthand measuring, cutting, polishing, templating and installation. Over time, I gained deeper experience with materials such as granite, quartz, and quartzite, and eventually decided to start my own company to provide a more professional, transparent service focused on quality.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently completed a quartz kitchen project in Sacramento, managing the entire process from demolition through final installation. We proposed a four day timeline, which was a significant challenge due to the distance from San Jose to Sacramento; however, we were confident in our ability to deliver. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe, meeting all specifications and delivering the most competitive price in the market without compromising quality. The final result was a custom U shaped kitchen with a peninsula and an 8 inch backsplash. The client was fully satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the speed, efficiency, and overall execution of the project.
