Abe and Zaher quickly and professionally came to the rescue when our air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. My AC stopped cooling, and the outdoor fan wasn’t running. The technician - Sami quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed capacitor and replaced it. When the system continued to have intermittent breaker trips, he promptly returned, thoroughly re-evaluated the system, replaced the initial capacitor with a higher-quality Titan Pro capacitor at no additional charge, and topped off the refrigerant to ensure optimal performance.
I appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to stand behind his work. He took the time to explain the issue, did not charge for the follow-up capacitor replacement, and made sure the system was operating properly before leaving. Since the repair, the AC has been cooling well without any breaker trips.

It was excellent! I opened a work order for a non-running compressor. The tech Sami, arrived 15 minutes after me making the call. He got right to work, diagnosed the problem, and explained my options .
Within 30 minutes he completed the work, cleaned the unit and the job was complete. Excellent service, would recommend and use him again.
