- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have temporarily reduced my hourly rate to $80/hr, due to the pandemic. I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to discuss the project and look at any photos the client is able to provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I schedule a 30 minute phone consultation, free of charge, to discuss their project - concerns, deadlines, budget, schedule - and any photos they are able to send me. I will talk about my general organizing process, then we'll schedule their first on site, hands on organizing session. Every project starts with purging what is no longer needed or wanted. We organize what is left, and evaluate to see if more purging is necessary or if products need to be purchased.
