- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will provide a reasonable price for all projects. If you are not satisfied with the quote that will provide, then we will try our best to work with you to all of our abilities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we want to assure them of our accountability. By this, we will respond as quickly as possible to our customer typically within 1 hour. We will then provide the customer with a quote that best fits the project. We plan a day for the project and complete the tasks the most accurate and satisfying way. If the customer is not satisfied then neither is my team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With our 6 years of painting experience, we are educated on the different procedures that come along with painting. As easy as it may seem to paint a house, there is specific processes that need to be followed in order to complete the job accurately. Our team is properly trained on the processes for a clean paint job.
