- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flexible pricing, based on your needs. Our standard transcription rate is $1.20 per audio minute we transcribe. For our standard service, we offer a 2-3 business day turnaround. We offer a discount to $0.95 per audio minute for a 7-10 business turnaround, and we charge $2.40 per audio minute for a 24 hour turnaround. Lastly, timestamps and verbatim transcription cost an additional $0.25 per minute each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an online-based platform. Customers can upload their audio files directly to our website, enter their payment information, and place an order. All customers receive an email confirmation that their order was received. When the transcripts of the audio files are finished, we email the customer the finished transcripts in Microsoft Word format.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All transcriptionists must have a strong mastery of English. Grammar, punctuation, and contextual understanding are elemental to producing high-quality transcripts.
