Introduction: I am a fitness professionals with a passion for making a healthy lifestyle available to every individual. For years, I have worked with motivated individuals, collegiate and semi-professional athletes as well as injured and special needs clients. Over that time I have established and adhered to a simple principle; given the choice, everyone chooses to be healthier. I believe the keys to helping people realize this goal are just as simple. Remove the most common barriers to success and make choosing a healthy lifestyle easier. Below is a little about me.
Rahsaan Morgan:
-B.S Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science, from CSU Fresno
-20 years personal training and nutrition experience
-Work for some of the nations largest gyms as a trainer and fitness director
-Independent trainer (IBO)
-Has trained: Athletes, obese & morbidly obese, people with injuries, past injuries and post physical therapy patients and kids

Training (one-on-one or group training):
-Group training: group size 10 - 20 people, max of 30
-Session length between 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours: 30 - 45 minutes of weights and 30 - 45 minutes of cardiovascular training
-Utilizing body weight, dumbbells, power bands and some kettle bells
-Utilizing dynamic training by using ropes, medicine balls, hurdles and speed latters
Nutritional Consulting:
-Explain how food is utilized in the body and how to make better choices within your own eating habits
-Explain how you should eat throughout the day based on your lifestyle
-The importance of a food journal
-Explain the importance of activity to shed the pounds
