Our pricing is designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting the level of service, coverage hours, and specialized requirements. We offer flexible packages tailored to each client’s needs, and discounts may be available for long-term contracts or multi-location security coverage. There are no hidden fees—our goal is to provide clarity and value for every dollar spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When partnering with a new client, we start with a detailed consultation to understand the unique security needs of the property or event. We then develop a customized plan, outlining staffing, schedules, and technology solutions. Once approved, our trained personnel are deployed, and we maintain ongoing communication to ensure service quality and adapt to evolving requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of licensed security professionals trained under California’s Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) standards. Each guard receives extensive on-the-job training, covering areas such as emergency response, surveillance techniques, access control, and customer service. Many of our staff have advanced certifications in specialized security operations.
