- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Drain Right Services, customers can expect straightforward and transparent pricing. We offer free estimates for most jobs so you know what to expect before any work begins.We also provide coupons and seasonal discounts, so it’s always a good idea to ask about current deals when scheduling service. Emergency service calls, such as late night, weekend, or same-day urgent visits, may carry additional fees, but we are always upfront about those costs. All of our work is backed by warranties to give customers peace of mind that if an issue arises due to our workmanship, we will take care of it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a convenient time for one of our technicians to visit, and in most cases we provide a free on-site estimate. Once we arrive, we conduct a thorough inspection to identify the problem, often using advanced tools such as cameras or hydro-jetting equipment. After the diagnosis, we clearly explain what we found, review the options for repair or replacement, and provide a straightforward quote. Once the customer approves the plan, we carry out the work promptly, keeping the workspace clean and efficient. At the end of the job, we make sure everything is resolved properly, and we often share advice to help prevent the same issue from recurring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in modern plumbing, drain cleaning, and HVAC systems so that they can diagnose issues with up-to-date tools (camera inspection, hydro-jetting, etc.). Licenses and certifications are held as required by local/state laws (for plumbing, HVAC). On-the-job training: because each plumbing system is different (age of pipes, materials, layout), our techs accumulate experience handling a wide variety of problems.
