Omar, Andy and the other workers were very professional. Always showed up when they said they would. Did as they said they would. They moved together like a well-oiled machine; in sync, constantly in motion. They were considerate and Omar answered clearly all my questions and addressed my concerns.
In pursuit of quality work they found and repaired a few dangerous conditions I'd been unaware of. Omar showed me which things were potential disasters. Even as a layperson I could see his findings were on-target. Throughout the process I felt I was in good hands.
