I had moved to the area to care for my father, who passed the week we moved. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $70/hour with 4h minimum. I also offer discounted packages. Discount for seniors 65+. $30 for each additional organizer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short phone call to learn about your needs and discuss your potential organizing project. Learning about the goals you have for your space will help to determine if Neat my home will be a good fit for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took several classes to improve my organization skills. I’m certified at IAP Career College. Reorganize Brazil.
