The owner Robert was just amazing. He answers his cell phone while on the job, provides a competitive bid in a short amount of time, keeps his promises, does quality work, and has excellent follow-up, all in a very friendly manner. He and his highly trained team did a great job removing the old damaged asphalt from my driveway, laying down new with a giant paving machine and seal coating the entire 7000 ft. in one day. They made a special trip the next day to touch up a few spots. No job would be too small or too big for Robert and his skillful staff Sam Atherton, CA

Robert was quick to respond and to keep me informed of the progress. I have 4200 sq. ft. of asphalt and he filled the cracks and resealed the entire surface. The next day he returned and took care of a few spots that needed additional attention. Very professional. Definitely would use him again

I had my driveway resurfaced and sealed today by Robert from Top Grade Paving, Jan 13, 2021. The work was excellent as the road looks almost brand new.
