Hi, I’m Kayla — a Certified Yoga Instructor and Holistic Life Coach dedicated to helping people cultivate balance, strength, and peace through mindful movement and self-awareness. With over a decade of experience guiding individuals and groups, I create a supportive and uplifting environment where every body can feel comfortable, confident, and inspired.
My classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. I offer a range of yoga styles including gentle flow, vinyasa, restorative, and mindfulness-based movement — and I’m thrilled to now include Mat Pilates as a new offering! Pilates focuses on core stability, posture, and body alignment, making it a perfect complement to yoga for those seeking a balanced approach to movement and wellness.
Beyond the mat, my coaching approach integrates mindfulness, stress management techniques, and holistic lifestyle practices to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
