With over 12 years of experience in both practicing and teaching yoga, I offer private individual and group sessions for all levels. My goal is to create a safe, accessible, and empowering experience that leaves you feeling confident, centered, and inspired after every class.
I love teaching private sessions because they allow me to focus entirely on you—your goals, your needs, and your unique body. By understanding your abilities and any physical limitations, I can tailor each class to be both rewarding and sustainable. For beginners, I often incorporate tools such as yoga blocks and straps to help you access poses with greater ease and comfort.
In group settings, I approach teaching with inclusivity and adaptability in mind. Every student, from beginner to advanced, is offered variations to ensure the practice feels accessible while still providing a challenge for those who seek it.
My listed prices are for single sessions, but I also offer package rates for those committed to building a consistent practice.
