Jim is knowledgable and aggressive. He will fight for you. Don't wait to contact him. I didn't and it was the best decision I made to understand my legal situation, my options and how he could help me. If I could give him a higher rating, I would.

Mr. Stevick is probably the most thorough lawyer I have spoken to in the last couple of weeks. He took his time, researched the issue I had and even though he wasn’t needed he wanted to make sure I had the information and tools to file the paperwork I was trying to file. Definitely one of the good ones! Thank you sooo much!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive and I also offer payment plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do an intake session in which I interview the customer (all confidential of course) and gather all relevant background (i.e. criminal record, if any, residence l, type of employment, etc.) and procedural (i.e. court dates, status of the case, etc.) and have them send me any relevant documents…this provides an excellent foundation to formulate our “game plan” and figure out how we are going to tackle the case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a prosecutor (aka a “DA”) for about 7 years and I learned A LOT about handling criminal cases, jury trials, and the finer points of plea negotiation. In addition, I also graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (Cleveland, OH) where I graduated with a concentration in Criminal Law.
