- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the time, tools, and materials required for each job. I usually provide a detailed estimate after discussing the project or seeing the site. I don’t charge hidden fees, and small discounts may be available for repeat customers or larger projects. Quality and honesty always come first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to the customer’s needs and asking any important questions to understand the scope of the job. If needed, I schedule a visit to inspect the site and take measurements. Then I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, I show up on time, do the job with attention to detail, and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years of experience as a licensed electrician and more than 12 years working as a handyman. Most of my skills come from hands-on work, professional training, and constant learning on the job. I’ve completed safety courses and keep up to date with tools, materials, and building codes to deliver high-quality results.
