I contacted them to help me remove permanent marker stains on my couch. They attempted three different cleaning solutions and they were unable to remove the ink stains. Although they were unable to remove the stains, they were very professional. They explained why they were unable to remove them, and did not want to risk damaging the fabric. I appreciate them going above and beyond and the care that they had with my couches.
