I hired Craig Ogden to use his CNC to cut a sign from a wood blank which supplied him. After one month (September 1 to September 30) and excuse after excuse he finally delivered. Turned out he doesnt know how to use the cnc machine. He has to hire somebody to do the programming. Craig re-size the sign so it was 6 inches smaller that what was specified without consulting with me. I then stupidly provided him with yet another wood blank, and again after weeks I finally received the work (November 9) the sign had several errors. Most notably the lead letter in my sign was chipped. When I asked on next steps in repair it he told me to Bondo it. I'm done. You Bondo it.

Craig is awesome! We redid some cabinets in my office, and he is a pleasure to work with. Very professional, kind, and was very reasonable. Does great work, and knows his stuff! We had a really old configuration, and he worked with what we had, and was very fast. We called every cabinet places who wanted 4 times what Craig charged us, and he was the only one that would work with what we wanted. Craig is our new go to guy for cabinets! And he's a really nice guy!
