FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a meet and greet at first. See what the dog/pet is like in their home with their family. The next step is taking a "test drive " where I take the dog/pet out of the home, free of distractions. Every need is different. I am sensitive and understanding to each individual need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Animal Training and currently in process of obtaining additional training certifications. When I am free to get away from the daily tasks, I keep up to date on the latest and greatest in care through webinars, symposiums, and conferences through out the year. I also train and educate the public through private workshops for volunteer work or personal gains.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Adventure Dog Walks and Day Care are the most popular. We take dogs out into the wild! Whether it's hiking on trails or beaches or the wild concrete of suburbia, we get them out to enjoy the great outdoors instead of being cooped up at the same, over crowded, noisy building. Our clientele has ranged from college students to working class and even elite celebrities (all clients remain private and confidential).
