- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fee is waived if job accepted by client. Discounts are provided for repeating clients, multiple projects, and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with consultation to understand customer's needs and assess the scope of the job. We then provide a clear estimate and timeline before starting work. Once approved, we complete the plumbing work efficiently and to code, keeping the customer informed throughout the process. After completion, we test all systems, review the work with the customer, and ensure everything is functioning properly before final sign off.
