What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65.00 an hour. Flat fees can be arranged after a 3 month waiting period.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I on board a new client. It is a process of getting to know one another. I will find our about the make up and structure of the company, how many bank and credit cards accounts there are. What types of loans are on the books. What types of transactions and detail the client wants me to handle. I would find out if I would be logging on to their accounts to pull statements and therefore need logins or if they would be sending me statements every month. From this I would put together an engagement letter for the client to sign so we can begin work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AA in Accounting from College of the Canyons and a BA in Accounting from Post University. I am also a certified Level 1 QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
