Arsen was AMAZING! We had a total emergency with a sudden mainline blockage that impacted all of our shower/tub drains and toilets - on Halloween Friday evening! Arsen responded immediately to my request for service and was at our house within 30 minutes. He immediately assessed the issue and set about correcting it. He was done in about 2 hours and even reset and secured one of the toilets better than he found it. He was focused, kind, did great work, explained what caused the issue and how to avoid it, and cleaned up everything before he left. We’ve saved his number and he will be our first call for any future plumbing issue we have!

Amex Plumbing Group was God send. Our toilet was clogged and a plunger and toilet auger couldn’t fix it. Arsen responded to our “HELP” message immediately and offered to come early next morning. He arrived on time, removed the toilet, cleared the clog, and reinstalled the toilet it so neatly. You wouldn’t even know that some heavy unclogging just happened in the bathroom. Arsen just left everything so clean. I am incredibly happy with Arsen (he’s such a nice guy) and his quality of work. I’ve found my go-to plumber :)
