Excellent professional! Came out on an emergency broken pipe incident. Responded and was on-site in about an hour. Looked like we had a few issues that led up to this issue a was was able to address them all. Also gave us a great price on a much needed fixture as ours was completely broken. I needed a plumber to fix a slow leak from my bathroom faucet. Greg’s service was excellent. He responded promptly to my request on Thumbtack and we worked out a service call for the next day. He arrived on time and had a friendly manner. He determined the leak was caused by a defective cartridge inside the hot water valve handle. He had the right replacement cartridge in his vehicle partly because I was able to send him a photo of the faucet brand and type in advance of our appointment. The installation went smoothly and the faucet no longer leaks. The cost of the repair was fair. I was very pleased with the overall result and plan to call on Greg again for future repairs or maintenance if needed.

The customer can submit their plumbing problems in advance and can also send pictures of the problem and I will provide the approximate best price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I contact each new client, I strive to approach each one in a unique way and try to solve the problem as quickly as possible and relieve the client of the extra worry and burden that I put on myself. I strive to solve the problem as best as possible in a way that does not cause additional distress to the client or other family members. I strive to leave them happy after I leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been receiving professional and literate education for about a year and a half and am preparing to take a professional exam and become licensed as a plumber. In addition, I have also worked for various plumbing companies and have accumulated quite a lot of work experience.
