- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our most important key thing would be reassuring our clients. Making sure any concerns or questions they have are addressed. Its always important for us that our clients are 100% Satisfied. We find out exactly what it is that they need for their event and figure out how to address those needs whether it is multiple staff, planning a drink menu, assistance with shopping, staff attire, any concern is our focus so that they are comfortable in choosing us over the rest. A few days prior to the event, I confirm with the new client and verify the event start time, my arrival time, and any last minute information I may need to know to ensure that the event is as stress free as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has not only worked at some of the countries top rated nightclubs, restaurants and lounges, but they are also certified bartenders and/or serving staff with TAM, BarSmarts, STAR, and ServSafe certification. On top of that, they are required to participate in our shadow program where they shadow on events for one month before they are sent out to events alone to ensure not only top quality customer service, but the chic standards of bartending and serving that we expect.
