- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and very reasonable price to all our customers with no surprises. Also, pricing may vary based on the scope of work or the size of the service being provided but we can guarantee a lowest quote and 10% special discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by engaging with the customer through various channels such as email, phone, or in-person meetings. During this phase, we gather essential information about the customer’s needs, preferences, and expectations. We maintain a high standard of quality throughout the project. Regular checkpoints allow us to assess progress and make necessary adjustments if needed. We actively seek feedback from the customer to ensure their satisfaction. Our goal is to build a strong and lasting relationship with each customer, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is exceptional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My knowledge spans a wide range in Construction Industry for more than 18 years as Project Manager / Sr. Estimator, Information Technology and dozens of HVAC School Certification. My education background in BS Civil Engineering, System Engineer, License Contractor C20 & C61/D62, EPA Universal License, HERS TEST Inspector, ICA Professional Real State Home License Inspector in California and more.
